I am a trainer and speaker focusing on gender equality and racial justice. As a Romani woman, I regularly talk, write, design, and lead workshops about intersectionality and systemic inequalities affecting Romani communities. By combining my expertise with lived experience, I support teams, organizations, and companies in developing their hard and soft skills while guiding them through the challenges of workplace changes. My professional expertise involves human rights advocacy, policy analysis, research, and mediation. I co-founded Ame Panzh ("Five of Us"), a Romani group of knowledge producers that launched a unique series of online discussions and published its book in 2023.
