I am a trainer and speaker specializing in policies and inclusion, focusing on gender and racial equity. My professional expertise involves human rights advocacy, intersectional feminism, policy analysis, research, and mediation. As a Romani woman, I regularly talk, write, design, and lead workshops about allyship, resilience against racism, oppression, intersectionality, feminism, and social issues affecting the Roma and WOC communities. By combining my expertise with lived experience, I support teams, organizations, and companies in developing their hard and soft skills and navigating them through the challenges of workplace changes.  I co-founded Ame Panzh ("Five of Us"), a Roma group of knowledge producers that launched a unique series of online discussions and published its book in 2023.
